Placing an order with us means that you have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions of Sale
Please Note- Hazardous Products
We are unable to ship the following Hazardous Products Overseas including Ireland and also to Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland Islands in the United Kingdom

Description, Prices and Specification
Prices and specification on the website are subject to alteration without previous notice
All items shown on the website are subject to availability. IBS will notify you of any delays on delivery, and if requested a refund can be given
In addition to the price of the goods, a delivery charge will be added
Payment
Full payment included delivery charge will be taken at the time the order is placed. Title of goods will remain with IBS Boat Supplies until full and final payment is made
Delivery
The Goods will be shipped to the Delivery address given when you place the order
IBS Boat Supplies will notify you when the goods have been despatched, and if by Carrier the Consignment number
Any damage, loss or shortfall must be notified to IBS with 48 hours
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your contract up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. IBS must be notified by e mail, giving detail of the order and the goods.
You will be responsible for returning goods at your expense. The goods must be returned in original packing.
IBS do not refund Carriage Costs and any refunds will be for goods only.
Warranty
All goods supplied by IBS are warranted for 12 Months from the date of supply. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
In the case of a Manufacturing defect, it is the Manufacturers sole discretion to determine if the goods are to be repaired or replaced. It is the customers responsibility to return the goods to IBS.
No Warranties are given on goods altered from Manufacturers specifications.
The Warranty does not apply to any defect caused by wear and tear, damage, accident or negligence by you or any third party
Liability
IBS and its staff will not be liable for any claim for personal injuries, and any consequential loss or damages however caused in connection to any goods supplied.
Data Protection (GDPR)
IBS will take all reasonable precautions to keep information of the order and payment secure, and unless IBS is negligent, IBS will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you
IBS will only use the information you provided for the purpose of fulfilling the order, and we do not pass any information to 3rd Parties unless relating to delivery or warranty registration of a specific item purchased
Jurisdiction
Any Contract entered by IBS shall be governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive Jurisdiction of the English Courts
